Aayush Music Pro is a local music player. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal identification information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) on any external servers.
A. Media Files and Storage Access
To provide its core functionality, the app requires access to your device’s storage (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).
• Purpose: To scan, index, and play audio files stored locally on your device.
• Data Handling: Information about your songs (titles, artists, album art) is processed locally to build your library and playlists. This data is never uploaded to our servers.
B. Audio Recording Permission
The app requests the RECORD_AUDIO permission.
• Purpose: This is used exclusively to power the Music Visualizers. It allows the app to process the audio frequency data of the music currently playing to create visual effects.
• Data Handling: We do not record, save, or transmit any audio or conversations. The audio data is processed in real-time in the device’s volatile memory and is discarded immediately.
C. Local Preferences
The app uses Shared Preferences to store your app settings, such as:
• Custom Playlists.
• Equalizer Presets.
• Music Filters (e.g., filtering AAC files or small files).
• Visualizer preferences. This data remains on your device and is deleted if the app is uninstalled.
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party libraries:
• Coil: To load and display album art. Coil may use caching mechanisms on your device.
• Android Jetpack Libraries: To ensure a smooth and stable experience on the Android platform. These services do not collect personal data through our app.
3. Data Security
Since Aayush Music Pro operates almost entirely offline and stores data locally, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using standard Android security features (like screen locks) to protect your information.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our application does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
