Elementary OS 0.4.1 Loki review :
ISO size is around 1,293MB downloaded from elementary.io and burned Live USB using Rufus. Installation is smooth, detected all OS Netrunner 17.03 and Windows with out any problem. Loki is responsive and stable looks awesome , desktop environment is inspired by Mac OS but indeed its look better compare to mac. Video Player is simply awesome, I have to install gdebi package installer as app center does not contain kate. Installed Vivaldi browser, Sublime Text3 using gdebi. Missing minimize button.
Booting Time – Around 50 Sec. as I am using old acer emachine 732z with 4GB RAM, may be in your case it will be under 40Sec.
RAM Usage (idle) – 750-800MB (Netrunner 17.03 KDE take only 350-400MB)
CPU Usage (idle) – 0-5%
