Garuda Linux a Indian rolling distribution based on Arch

Garuda Linux is a Indian rolling distribution based on the Arch Linux operating system. A rolling distribution ensures always getting the latest software updates. In this post I am to discus Garuda Linux distribution version 201007 called “Golden Eagle”.

After BOSS  Linux (developed by CDAC and is customized to suit Indian’s digital environment) , Garuda is second Indian Operation System that offers so many Desktop environment like KDE Plasma Desktop, Gnome, Xfce, Cinnamon, MATE, LXQt-kwin, Deepin, Wayfire, BSPWM and i3wm.

Now question is Why should we use Garuda Linux ?
