JavaScript is the today’s most popular web language that adds interactivity to any website like playing games, responsive  gallery, slider, dynamic styling, animation and so on.

As per Wikipedia.org “JavaScript is a high-level, dynamic, untyped, and interpreted programming language. It has been standardized in the ECMAScript language specification.” Often people confused with JavaScript and think Java and JavaScript is the same language but remember both are two different world.

JavaScript History

JavaScript was first introduced as LiveScript, later Netscape changed its name to JavaScript. JavaScript made its first appearance in Netscape 2.0 in 1995 with the name LiveScript. The general-purpose core of the language has been embedded in Netscape, Internet Explorer, and other web browsers.

JavaScript Career Option

Learning only JavaScript  not lets you to get any job. One has to master JavaScript with HTML5,CSS3, PHP / Java / asp and must open to JavaScript framework Jquery , NodeJS , AngularJS to get better job. Beside programming language you should have working knowledge of Relational Database like MySQL / MariaDB and Non Relational database MongoDB.
